Pet care experience
Hello Doggy Mamas and Papas! I would love to offer your pet calm, fun and nurturing companionship, exercise, cuddle time, and massage/reiki while you are away from your furry loves. I have been a dog owner most of my life, and currently take part-time care of two pets on the property/community I live at. I have cared for many personal pets through their senior years of medical issues. I also have done several pet memorials for my own pets, and friends and family as they are a very important part of healing the grief process. Given our challenging times, I have more time available away my counseling/coaching practice, to offer pet services, as well as other services to help with family/home needs. I have an extra soft side for senior and special needs pets, but overall I enjoy and prefer taking care of pets who are socialized with other dogs, potty-trained, neutered/spayed and comfortable taking car rides. I also have a lot energy to be playful and attentive with energetic pets too. I have cat and bird experience as well. SPECIAL CARE I would love knowing as much about your pet as possible so we can all feel safe and comfortable while you are away. I especially need to know if your dog is extra hyper, a nervous barker, has separation anxiety, or has tendencies that require extra time/attention (i.e., massage, reiki, medication, special food preparation).

Klaudeen is such a natural with animals (and all sentient beings!). Every time she enters my home, she always greets my furry family members with such loving and respectful attention, and naturally they ADORE her! So, when my elder kitty with kidney disease needed 5 days coverage during my time out of town, I didn't even have to think; I KNEW Klaudeen was the one to take care of my little darling. Thanks to her professional reliability and HUGE compassion, I was able enjoy my trip, confident that Mr. Snow Paws was in the very best of hands and healing hearts possible.
It goes without saying my 2 dogs, Vinny the BlueNose Pitbull, and Tynee the Chihuahua, are like my children and I love them to death. When I had to go out of the country for 2 loooong weeks I left my 'kids' in Klaudeen's care.....oh boy, was I happy I did!!! Klaudeen is by far, hands down, the BEST DOG SITTER AND LOVER you can possibly hire to care for your dogs (and cats... and birds!!!). Not only she cares for them just like you would, but she goes far and beyond excellence. Klaudeen is RESPONSIBLE, RELIABLE, THRUSTWORTHY, LOVING and CARING. She made sure my elderly dog Tynee ate by hand feeding her as needed. She exercised and socialized Vinny daily, took them on day trips to local beaches, doggy parks and trails. She bathed and massaged both my dogs and spent quality time with both of them to make sure they didn't feel depressed during my absence (how thoutghful is that????) . She would send me pics of them at the park and beach having the time of their lives and to reassure me they were doing just fine! When I returned from my trip, my dogs seemed to be in even better shape than when I left!! They looked healthy, well groomed, smelled good and were happy! I would reccommend Klaudeen's services to anyone !! FOR SURE!!!! Klaudeen--- you are nothing short than AMAZING! Thank you so so much again for caring for my babies the way you did!
Klaudeen is a loving, caring individual. She has taken care of her own dogs.. As her loving furry angels aged, she did the utmost to make sure they were well taken care of and comfortable to the end. She has taken care of her friend's two dogs while she was out of the country. Klaudeen has taken care of our little dog Sunny and our cockatoo several times. Klaudeen is responsible, has patience and very intuitive. She can be trusted to treat any dog with love and respect.

I am very mindful of doors being left open, and like to stay in the same room as the pets I am caring for. If your pet is playing with a chew toy or treat, I like to be monitor them. I am also careful about pets jumping up or down from heights if they have joint issue

I like to know every thing there is no know about your pet from their personality, routine, likes and dislikes, special needs, and of course any tricks or training they have that I can practice with them.
A typical day
I love playing tug and ball and hide and go seek. And if they know any tricks or trained in reward-incentives, I would be happy to practice with them. And of course, I love taking dogs on walks where they can smell new smells on an adventure. I can both power-walk or slow walk with your pet. If there is a special nearby place you like to take your dogs for a walk, I would be happy to take them there. I also love to groom and massage pets as well.

Availability
I work part-time so I have plenty of time in the morning, afternoons and some evenings during the week and some weekends. I have 3 weekly clients who come Tuesday (7:30p-9:30p), Wednesday (5:30p-7:30p) and some Thursdays (between 6p-8p).
