Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs and cats and have been pet-sitting whenever possible for the past 10 years. We currently have a cat and dog of our own who run the house. I have experience with puppies to geriatric dogs and small to giant! I love them all! I also have tons of experience with cats. I am willing to do all necessities (brush, feed, water, let out, pet, administer medication, etc) in addition to playing with their favorite toys, walking, running with your pups. I have a full time job during the week, but it is flexible with most availability in the early mornings, lunch time, and evening.

We have now used Klairissa multiple times to house sit for our two dogs. She always does an amazing job and has great communication with us while we are away. We would highly recommend her!
Absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond what we expected, and we have high expectations to begin with. Our ‘puppy’ (10 month old 85+ lbs Newfie) can be a lot to handle and this was her first time away from home for a prolonged period without us. Needless to say, Klairissa really made us feel comfortable while we were away and sent constant updates. I will use Klairissa without hesitation going forward, and would happily pay more than what she is currently charging.
Klairissa did a great job with our two dogs while we were away. Her communication with us was amazing. When we got home the pups were happy! We will use her again!

I will walk your pup on a leash and avoid busy streets. I will only walk multiple pups if they are from the same household, otherwise 1 dog at a time. I am comfortable crating dogs if needed. I also always make sure I watch my feet when I’m leaving a house to make sure no furry friends escape!

Please let me know if your dog has any medical conditions (I am happy to give meds if I’m given directions), is aggressive or defensive around other dogs, likes to “run” any chance a door or gate is open, their favorite toys/treats/routines, etc. I want to provide the best care possible, so the more information the better! I am happy to love any size, age, and breed dog and cat.
A typical day
I would love to take your pup on walks, go to their favorite dog park, or run (for the more athletic doggies!). I am happy to play fetch, tug-of-war, or any other favorites.

Availability
I have most availability in early mornings and evenings, but do have some openings around lunch time depending on the week. I have open availability on the weekends.
