If you care about the wellbeing of your pets or your home, KL is NOT the sitter you want. I hired KL to house-sit and care for my two dogs for a long weekend (3 nights). When I returned, both of my dogs and my house were in significantly worse condition than when I left. While driving to the airport to return home, KL texted me that one of my dogs vomited and had terrible diarrhea. He then, casually, mentioned that she had been sick since the previous day but said that she "seemed fine” so, KL left the house shortly thereafter. When I returned home, only 5 hours later, both of my dogs were stressed and lethargic and my house was a nightmare. Three different rooms had been defecated in. My bedroom, alone had, clearly, been used as a bathroom for OVER 24 hours. There was urine and feces in multiple places, much of which was completely dry. I should have been told immediately that my dog was having an issue, IMMEDIATELY! Not 24 hours after the problem had started. We could have, at least, discussed temporary solutions to ease my dogs discomfort until I returned but, instead, KL waited until the last minute before he left my house to tell me. On top of this, I checked my house cameras and found that KL had been leaving the dogs for long periods (up to 12 hours at a time) even when he knew one of them was sick and would need to be let out more often. My female pup lost 3.4 pounds in 4 days and my other dog was so stressed by the living situation that he chewed his leg into developing sores. As soon as I got home, I contacted KL and received no response. Between KL's lack of communication when the problem started and completely ignoring me upon my return, I wasn’t even able to ask him questions so that I could properly discuss the situation with my vet. This was, by far, the worst experience I have had with a pet sitter to date.

KL was great and updated us multiple times throughout the day. He sent pics and videos as well. Would definitely call KL again.
