Do not trust your dog with this sitter. We met Kiya at a public park before trusting her with our puppy. She assured us she could handle our dog and that he would be safe under her care for the 4 days we booked. We dropped off our dog and she continued to assure us how well behaved he was, how quiet he was and how socialized he was with her children and smaller dog. At 10pm the next day she contacted us to pick up our dog immediately. She sent us a video of him peeing all over her home and that he needed to be picked up ASAP at 10pm at night. In the middle of our vacation and in the middle of the night we were forced to find someone to rescue our dog from Kiya. Not only did this cause us to end our vacation we were most importantly concerned with our puppies well being. Thank God for my neighbor who picked him up. Kiya than messages us that she will be charging us over $650 dollars of damages for “pee”. My dog was with her for one day and I told her that pee should not cost that much. We also insisted that we pay her for the full 4 days vs. 1 day to cover all cleaning cost. However, this “sitter”’, is trying to scam us, on top of neglecting our dog. This sitter does not care about animals and only cares about money. Do not leave your dog here as she will scam and neglect your pet.
