About Kitty & Chris: We live in a cozy duplex in the Woodridge neighborhood of Washington D.C. We started our love for animals early on - we both grew up with dogs and cats in our home. We had a resident furkid - Sprite a 13-year old Westie who very recently passed due to cancer & a 1 year old (human!) daughter Maisie Ava. We are hoping to adopt a furry or two in the near future - in the meantime we would love to care for your pup! We also truly enjoy being our friends' dogs aunt/uncle. :) We live less than 5 miles away from work which makes check-ins during the day super easy. We love our repeat clients & for our new potential ones - we look forward to meeting you & your pup! :)

Because we truly value positive interactions between our daughter and visiting dogs - we prefer pups that are comfortable with children. We will closely supervise her interaction with your pup at all times. We have extensive experience with dogs who have medical needs (medication and special food diets). We also especially appreciate detailed instructions beforehand. (i.e. mealtimes, treats, favorites, dislikes, dog park experiences, sensitivities, etc) the more we know the more we can make sure the stay for your pup is top-notch. :)
A typical day
We live near a dog park @ the Langdon Park and the National Arboretum is less than 5 minutes away from us. Our backyard is a great place for your dog to hang out & chill. During the summer months - we have a doggy pool for the pups. And for our more active Rover pups - the National Mall is a 15-minute drive away - great place for long evening walks.
