Pet care experience
I developed a passion for caring for animals and assisting pet parents find the best way to care for their babies at 15 years old. I worked 2-3 years as a grooming assistant for Pet smart, during that time I encounter a variety of dogs; I learned how to safely and playfully interact with them. I am a Stay-at-home-mom to a 7 month old; therefore, my availability is wide open to help meet your needs. I am head over heels in love with Boxers their cute little faces and their intense need to cuddle. German Shepards will always have a special place in my heart, since I had three of them growing up. If while you are away, you need simple grooming up keep I can help with that. I am very flexible and high energy individual; I can adapt to any dogs personality, whether they be docile or energetic.

Kitara is wonderful. My dog has had anxiety problems with past walkers but none at all with Kitara.
Kitara dog sat for us when we had to go out of town and other plans fell through. She was wonderful with them, walked them, played endlessly and they were worn out when we got back! If you ever need a dog sitter I highly recommend her!!!
Kitara was a first experience with Rover and we're very very pleased. She was GREAT with our puppy went above and beyond what we asked. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking.
We worked together at Petsmart and saw just how great she was with the animals in our care. I have seen her be very patient with animals that are in highly stressed from being in a new environment like a grooming salon and she never got flustered. I 'd be more than at ease leaving my pet in her awesome care.

I strongly believe I can handle most dogs, but for the safety of both me and you pet please inform me of any behavioral or sensitivity hurdles he/she might have (i.e. does not like paws to be touched or other parts of their body touched; afraid of nail clippers, did you adopt him/her (plays an important role in their reaction to strangers).
A typical day
If your baby is not impartial to other dogs we can go to a dog park per your request. I will gladly take him/her on runs or walks; play fetch and frisbee. If you have a back yard run around and play with them. I will bring along some treats to help your dog warm up to me (only if given permission).
