Pet care experience
We are dog people. We love them. Sometimes more than people. We are mature ("empty nesters") responsible and would care for your dog as our own with genuine affection. We are gentle and kind and have cared for dogs a combined 20 years. For what its worth, Tom's son in the navy and loves dogs as much as he does, and he boards dogs for sailors at sea. He takes after his dad and learned by example. We are flexible to your dog's needs and to yours. Kirstin thinks has five years experience and is a good trainer. She just taught our dog Maggie to heal. Maggie is 5 yo, 40lbs and a real sweet dog. She will enjoy the company of your furry friend. We are quite competent. Good people.

A typical day
Your dog will have fun playing in our fenced in yard with our dog Maggie. They can run around inside, play with a basket full of toys. He or she will get treats for tricks if ok with you. We are within 2 or 3 miles from the dog park. The nearest vet is also within 3 miles. He or she will be treated like our own which means sleeping on the bed, the chair, the couch, or any of 3 dog beds! Your dog will be supervised always unless snoozing. This also holds true for our fenced in back yard. We... My wife and I look forward to caring for your dog!
