Pet care experience
I've had an incredibly strong love for animals ever since I was a child. I've often (half-jokingly) said that I prefer animals over most people. I have cared for dogs and cats since I was at least 9 years old. Not only have I been incredibly blessed to be a dog mother to 2 of the most precious fur babies that ever lived, I also have several years of experience pet-sitting for dogs and cats for friends & family members.

Kirsten always goes above and beyond of what is asked. She stays in great communication and is always there to lend a hand with anything needed! An amazing rover sitter!! Would highly recommend.

I have a large, beautiful yard in a pet-friendly environment, just outside of Murray proper. I live in a 3-bedroom home where your dog can be safely boarded, either in a crate or free to roam, depending on your/your dog's preferences & needs. We also have a climate-controlled garage and workshop on our property, where your pets can stay, if needed.

Please let me know if your dog has any special dietary, medical, or physical needs ahead of time, that I can account for. I am happy to accomodate special needs, and have experience administering oral medicine and injectable insulin to animals.
A typical day
I love playing outside with dogs: Letting them explore our big backyard, fetch sticks, and soak up some sunshine on our back porch. We can take walks throughout our property, as well as the local arboretum a few miles away. But if it's a rainy day, we can still have fun playing inside with toys or snuggling on the couch together.

Availability
I currently work full-time, but have a flexible schedule. I will be able to check on your beloved fur baby(ies) in the mornings (prior to 7:30 AM), during lunch breaks (between 11:00 AM & 2:00 PM), and after my workday each day (Monday-Friday), any time after 4:30 PM. I am completely available on weekends for boarding, pet-sitting, check-ins, and walks.
