Hello! My name is Kirstie. I have a home with a fenced in yard in Ferndale with my rescue Pomeranian named Whiskey. Despite his old age, he is still very energetic and loves having pals to play with! He had a broken paw when we adopted him from the human society so I have some experience with administering medication and taking care of an injury. We are looking for doggo friends to accompany us on our walks, spend a few days with us, or just occasionally drop in for the day. At the moment I’m working from home MWF and available for services on some weekends as well. Whiskey is nervous to meet new dogs at first, but generally quickly warms up after playing in the yard together.

Kirstie was absolutely lovely on her drop in visit with our GSD mix. Our dog can be reactive and anxious at times and Kirstie handled it in stride and our pup loved her right away! She was incredibly considerate and we loved seeing how she interacted with our girl. Would absolutely recommend
My Harley girl is a big 90-lb German Shepherd/Boxer baby and she requires a lot of patience, a lot of kindness and a lot of belly rubs. Harley is slow to warm up to people, but she took to Kirstie immediately. I completely trust Kirstie with Harley. She has puppy-sat for me more times now than I can count. She and Harley have a special bond and I know when I'm out of town that Harley is well taken care of -- and spoiled!
Kirstie is a very caring person who loves dogs and is very committed to making animals safe and loved. She herself has rescued her own dog and has much experience with dogs who have anxiety. She makes my dogs feel loved every time they see her. Would highly recommend her care. She takes the guidelines given from pet parents very seriously.
