Hi my name is Kirstie & i appreciate your consideration as you view my profile. Not only is inside my home "dog proof," but my backyard is fully fenced. My passion has been focused on dogs since i was a child. I've been an active member of a local dog training club since 2004 where i teach classes & help hold AKC sanctioned events, including being the Event Secretary. I compete in various competitive dog sports & have volunteered with both national breed and local Rescues (conducting home visits, transporting, fostering dogs, etc). Extremely trustworthy, hardworking, dependable, I also have the old-fashioned morals & values that are hard to come by in this world today. Great references can be provided :) In the past I worked as a Vet Assistant and have much experience working with & handling a variety of dogs. High drive & working dogs have always been my favorite, I truly admire the ones who needs a "job"... or they will destroy your house LOL Crated or free range of the house, I'm flexible on their needs and care, as well as your wants. My schedule is open & I'm able to give lots of love & attention to your babies. Multiple dogs from same family welcomed & there's no breed prejudice here. I love taking pictures, so you'll have lots of daily photo updates :) ** I prefer to board guests in my home as I have my own dogs to care for. Overnight dog sitting is possible however and considered on a case-by-case basis. Please don't hesitate to ask :) **

Kirstie took very good care of our boys! They were happy and tired (good sign they got exercise) when we got them back. Kirstie also picked them up and dropped them off at our house which was a HUGE help to us!! We would definitely recommend Kirstie and would use her again!
Kirstie has been walking our dog weekly for over a month now. Our dog gets so excited when she sees her. She is always on time, flexible, and I can tell has a passion for dogs. Our dog is not the best well-mannered, but Kirstie does a great job with her. We appreciate the help with getting some energy out of our high energy dog!
Went out of town for almost a week for a wedding and needed someone to watch my dog. Kirstie was great with Duke. She had him for 6 days and took him on walks and hikes. She always updated me with pics and it was cool to see my dog playing at her place with her two other dogs as well. Would recommend to anyone looking to have their dog watched
Momo had a great stay with Kirstie. She updated me with pictures everyday. Momo got along well with her pups too. I totally recommend her

Depending on the individual needs of your dog, I am able & willing to provide whatever they may need. My home is dog friendly, and my yard is fully fenced. Although my dogs are social with other dogs, I am able to separate them. I also understand dog body language & I am always present during dog to dog interactions. (Dogs will typically give warning signs before correcting another dog. Contrary to popular belief, not all dogs know how to be polite & sociable around others.) If walks &/or drop in visits are needed, I am very active & able to drive to parks or just walk around your neighborhood.

No breed restrictions or prejudice here ? I would like to know their daily routine so i can stick close to it as i can so I can avoid any unnecessary stress on them.
A typical day
A home environment with lots of attention & care. Walks or Hikes around the neighborhood or park if allowed. Unlimited Playtime with my 2 smaller, well behaved dogs in a large Fenced backyard. I have a Kiddie Pool on hot days. Able to give custom training sessions, I can provide not only physical exercise but mental stimulation also :) I would provide the care & individual love a boarding kennel could not.

Availability
Animals, dogs in particular has always been the love of my life. I do work full time with most weekends off, but I am able to still care for your baby’s needs. I believe in crate training, however I am flexible if the dog I’m watching is more comfortable & mature enough to be left out unattended.
