I would highly recommend NOT using Kristie to care for your pet. We were very unhappy on the lack of communication on how our dogs were doing. We had to contact her every day to get an update on our dogs. She would only send us a few word update and 1 picture of each dog. She misrepresented how many dogs she would be caring for besides her 3 dogs. At the time of interviewing she said she would only take in our 2 dogs for that time period. The day before we left she called and asked if we could bring one of our kennels. When we dropped off our dogs she had 2 other dogs beside her dogs that she was taking care of. We asked her for our wet food back. She said she used it all up feeding them as we instructed. We left her with 10 days worth of food and was only gone for 4 days. If she feed them as instructed there should have been food left over and our little one would not have loss 1/2 pound. She was very inconsiderate of us as clients. The day before we were returning, she informed us she would not be home at the time we scheduled with her to pick up our dogs. With her being gone, our dogs were in their kennels 6-7 hours. We requested they would not be in their kennels more than 4 hours at a time. Our dogs came back to us very stressed and have stress diarrhea. We are very disappointed with the experience we had with her.

She took great care of our puppy and even took the time to blow dry her hair when she messed in her kennel. She gave us plenty of updates throughout her stay as well.
