Pet care experience
I have had pets all my life and have had dogs for over 20 years. I am a caring kid and dog mom who will lovingly care for you furry friend. I used to care for a Alaskan malamute every workday and occasional overnights. Our golden retriever and lab are lonely and love friends . I am happy to provide excellent references. Your pet will be loved as if it was our own while being our special guest! And there will always be someone home with them.

Great hosts, caring environment.
Kirsten and Tim took great care of Teddy for the weekend. They sent lots of pictures to show us that Teddy was happy and doing well. They do have a cat and Teddy is not fond of cats....
Kirsten and Tim were great! We felt like we were leaving Bo with friends we have known forever! They sent us plenty of pictures while we were away and we have never felt more comfortable leaving our pup with anyone. Will definitely use Kirsten and Tim again!
Kirsten and Tim are very welcoming and kind. Our dog seemed right at home. It is wonderful to have a place where she feels comfortable when we need to travel.

Information Kirsten W. would like to know about your pet
As our female golden is not spayed and I will require only neutered males in the house. I will take females that are not spayed, but they must not be in their heat cycle. Breed is not an issue, however no dogs with aggression issues or a bite history. They must also like children. We have a seven year old that is super loving with dogs. We have two caged hamsters, but they are not let out but we prefer dogs that will not be bothered by their presence. Also, I'd need to know about any dietary issues as well as any medication/health issues. Pet must be updated on all immunization as well as health care and I will ask for proof of this. And would like just simple family routines/pet quirks.
A typical day
We will walk. Play in our fenced in yard. Enjoy homemade doggie treats, if diet allows. We have a doggie pool for those hot summer days and your dog will relax in air conditioned comfort!
