Hello! My name is Kirsten, and I've been pet-sitting for over 15 years. I have a lot of experience with dogs of all sizes, kitties of all temperaments, and many other pets. I know that each pet has its own personality, and getting to know them is my favorite part. I love them all! For several years I volunteered with the Boulder Humane Society, walking sweet dogs who needed homes. I live near Jefferson Park in beautiful Denver, CO and love to be active and outside. I love being part of such a fun, active community, and meeting new people through their adored pets. Whether it's staying at your house, or having your dogs at mine, I'd love to take care of yours! Kirsten was amazing! This was my first time using Rover and I needed someone to housesit 2 cats and 1 dog for 5 weeks. She was so patient with me, she came to my home and met with me, and took time to answer all my questions. I admit even when it came time to leave, I had some apprehension, but she promised to keep me updated and send pictures often. She did and I could just tell that everything was going fine, the pets looked really happy and that allowed me to relax and focus on my work. When I got home she had everything in perfect order, the dog had been groomed and she left me a card and flowers. I will absolutely call her anytime I have to go out of town - thank you Kirsten!!
Kirsten was absolutely wonderful! She's very responsive, kind and I couldn't have felt more comfortable leaving our dog with her for the weekend. It was our first time using Rover and I tend to worry when I leave my dog but not with Kirsten. She put my mind at ease by sending me pictures and updates daily - I knew she was in good hands. I will 100% use her again in the future! Thank you, Kirsten for taking such great care of our girl!
Kirsten was wonderful when she house sat for our 2 pups! She sent pictures and updates and the dogs always seemed happy. The house was also well cared for. We will be booking with Kirsten again!
