Pet care experience
I work in a dog daycare facility which has taught me crucial skills about dog behavior and routine. These skills help me gain the dog’s trust as well as know what to look for when I meet a new dog. I am comfortable around all types of dogs. Dog owners (and dogs) will love the balance of playtime and snuggle time I give the dogs and my commitment to a schedule. I also have years of experience caring for cats. I have three of my own cats and I have fostered and rescued many others. I am a part-time worker so some of my days vary but I am always available before or after a shift! I am here to help YOU out and will give your dog(s) or cat(s) as much love as I would my dogs! I always make sure animals are away from the door when going in and out to prevent escapes. I also make sure to have a firm hold on dog leashes when walking dogs around the neighborhood or parks. If I am pet-sitting cats, I will look for the shy ones if I haven’t seen them before the visit is over so I can verify that the cat is doing fine.

A typical day
I enjoy taking dogs for a walk or playing with them in a backyard setting. I also like to stimulate their brains by going over tricks they already know. I can also create fun puzzles that require the dog to use their brain in order to receive the treats. I also enjoy making fun treat puzzles for cats!
