I have been a pet mom (and big sister) my entire life and have been caring for friends pets for the past 5 years. I am a long time local and live in the Highlands with my husband and 16 year old son (both are also animal lovers.) We have a 100 lb golden doodle and two cats and I adore being around them and other dogs and cats. I am an avid hiker and know all the good dog friendly spots in Tahoe. I am comfortable using a leash, harness as well as e-collar. I am comfortable administering medications to both cats and dogs. I have helped train several puppies and am capable of setting boundaries for dogs as needed but don’t have a heavy hand. I love to spend time outdoors, in addition to hiking I am an avid golfer and coach the North Tahoe Girls Golf team as well as the run the Junior Golf Team at Tahoe City Golf Course, so you can see I love caring for all types of living creatures! I currently only work part time mostly from home and have a very flexible schedule so am available for last minute requests as well as on going regular appointments. I am happy to do drop in visits at your home for cats and or dogs, take your pups for walks in your neighborhood or pick them up for walks further afield around Tahoe. I will not have other pets with me unless previously discussed.
