Hi, there! Let me tell you a little bit about myself; I'm caring for your fur children so I totally understand that you getting to know me helps put your mind at ease! I'm in my twenties, and I'm dedicating my time to care for my fur babies (and yours), along with the toddlers at Discovery Tree Childcare Center! I went to Marshall for early childhood education; I just love watching children and animals grow, that's my passion! Growing up with animals, plus living on a farm, has inspired this passion. I've been surrounded by animals my entire life. And I took on full responsibility of my own dog my freshman year of high school, and she is a strong, loving, thriving Ole mama.

Kirsten was wonderful! She was able to step in last minute when another sitter wasn’t able to complete her stay. Kirsten was a great communicator. I feel very comfortable with her being in our home and taking care of our pups. We will definitely be using Kirsten again.
Kirsten watched our golden retrievers a few months ago and she was sooo amazing! The pups had the best time and she kept us updated with lots of pictures during our weekend away! Would definitely rebook with her again! She even sent us the sweetest thank you card a couple days later.
I love her so much! She does such an awesome job caring for my babies! I always feel comfortable leaving knowing she will be there!

As for my home environment, it's as dog-friendly and homely as possible. My two dogs are allowed everywhere, but my pound baby doesn’t like visitors so unfortunately boarding is off the schedule for now! He’s a beautiful work in progress 💙 That's why I've opened my schedule to come stay with your fur babies while you're away. This is also the most beneficial care for your dogs, this way they still feel secure and in control. They're able to stay in the environment and on their own routine. I understand that can be uncomfortable for some owners to have me in their home, but I will do anything I can to help you feel as at ease as possible. During the visit I will keep you completely updated with pictures, along fully detailed updates throughout each visit!

I just want to get to know you and your fur baby in order for you to get the best experience for not only your fur baby, but also your peace of mind. With your schedule, we can do an in person meeting or simply over the phone including text, call, videochat, or email. We can discuss eating habits, potty breaks, medicine routine, and anything else you would like to cover!
A typical day
I love to interact with every animal I encounter. With owner permission; pets can have field trips such as parks, lakes, hiking, open fields for running, sweet treats from ice cream shops, and so much more!

Availability
I'm energetic, so I love walks, playing fetch in the yard, hikes, park dates, and so much more. Working with and raising dogs have given my life an adventure. I drive an SUV that is always prepared for a furry passenger. So, if I come visit your fur baby, with permission, they can have a day of adventure. I have two dogs of my own who are my children. So, I have everything to keep your pets safe and happy. I always keep a dog stroller in my car that holds up to 90lbs, for babies that love long walks, but can't walk the full distance. My 9 year old yorkiepoo loves riding in the stroller that always has a pet friendly water bottle with a bowl filled with fresh water, treats, leashes, and of course, doggy bags for any breaks we take along the way! Not only that, I'm the goofy dog mama that cares a doggy "diaper bag" so I got it all covered 💚🐕
