It was so great having Kirsten watch Boone! He was so happy to have a visitor to check on him while he was resting from a snake bite at home, and we loved the pictures and updates from her!

Kirsten has helped us with our dogs for a few different issues. Our border collie mix annoyed the heck out of me when he would try to herd me as I walked from the bedroom to the kitchen. I feared that he would trip me as I started down the stairs. No amount of yelling at him had any effect. Kirsten showed me a way to train him with kindness that also resolved the problem. The other major help we received from her was when we walked our 2 dogs. They both pulled on the leashes. It seemed that they were walking us when we were supposed to be in charge. Again, Kirsten trained us how to modify our behavior which in turn changed how they behaved on leash. It has been particularly helpful to learn from her about the thinking behind the behavior of the dogs so that we can better understand why what we've been doing doesn't work and the reasoning behind why her methods work so well. She is very patient with us.
