Pet care experience
Our family dogs have always been the center of our home. I lived alone with my small dog for 5 years. Family and friends have used me for pet sitting and walking since I was 18.

Olly had an absolute ball. Kirsten is lovely as are the family. I got plenty photos for me to see how at home Olly was which totally put my mind at ease as this is the first time he has stayed with anyone else
Bonnie had an overnight with Kirsten while we attended a family gathering. Bonnie settled well and seemed to have enjoyed her stay. Kirsten kept in contact and sent photos to let us know she was happy and settled. Would recommend Kirsten and will consider using her again in the future. *****

We were nervous about leaving a dog with a sitter as she is used to being with us or family when we are away, but as we were getting married and all our family and friends were going to be attending we had to look for a dog sitter. We used rover for the first time which was easy and found Kirsten. She’s local to us which made it easy to drop off and collect our little dog. Kirsten was great from the start, as soon as we’d checked availability we were offered the chance to let ivy come and get used to Kirsten’s place. This helped her settle in. We received regular updates and pictures from Kirsten which allowed us to know our dog was happy and safe and meant we weren’t worried at all and we could enjoy ourselves. 100% would use Rover and Kirsten again as she was great and our dog loved staying over as she got lots of cuddles and attention (I think she was even a little disappointed to be leaving haha).

I have a fenced yard, open plan home and beautiful walking routes around the nature reserve and along the canal right on my doorstep. I love being active and outdoors, so you can be sure your fur baby will get his/her exercise in. I've always lived in a pet friendly home, your pets are welcome on my furniture and bed, however I can crate them if this is your preference.

Let me know if your dog has any special requirements before their stay. My preference is small to medium dogs who would love to join me for a walk or a run. I love puppy cuddles and kisses, so will always be drawn to an affectionate dog. We have the kids staying every second weekend, they have grown up with dogs, but if your pets are not child friendly please let me know so I can check whether they'll be with us or not.
A typical day
I love playing with dogs and keeping them active. I'll take them out to get to know the new area. Downtime will be spent cuddling. There's a big open area to play fetch, if that's what your fur baby enjoys.

Availability
I work full time Monday-Thursday, but Friday, Saturday and Sundays I am 100% available to care to your fur babies every need. If I am booked to look after your pet, I will give him/her my full attention on these days.
