Ever since I was a kid, I have loved dogs and have grown up with family pets who were like best friends, but it wasn't until after I adopted my hyper, sweet Jack Russell Terrier, Tera, that I realized I want to work with dogs as a career. In August 2017, I began walking dogs daily and now want to become a dog trainer. I worked at Camp Bow Wow for awhile and now I work at House of Dog Training as a kennel technician and I am part of their apprenticeship program to become a trainer. I know how important my pets are in my life, and I want to help other families make sure their furry friends are happy, healthy, and well-looked after. I have experience working with many different dog breeds, sizes, and temperaments, including two rescue dogs, and I always make sure to form a friendly, respectful connection with any dog I am taking care of.
