Hi! My name is Kira and I’ve been walking and pet sitting on Rover for five years, but I have always been the person people ask to check in on their pets! I have previous experience watching over cats, dogs, tropical birds, small reptiles, rodents, and other small furry creatures. I worked on a farm and have experience with horses, cattle, pigs, and ducks as well. I’ve also done some TNR and know a bit about feral kitties too! It’s rare than an animal dislikes me. I always have toys like balls and frisbees on hand and don’t mind driving short distances with your pup if say there’s a dog park a little out of walking distance where we can play off leash. I’ve worked with deaf animals who only respond to hand signals, and am familiar with how to give medication orally and by injection. I’m always happy to learn new things and don’t mind adjusting to your animals personal quirks. Your pets are your family! I’ll always treat them like they’re part of mine.
