Pet care experience
I have plenty of experience working with animals of all shapes and sizes! I've worked at animal rescues, zoos, pet hotels, etc. I love nothing more than spending time with critters of any kind. I'm finished with school, so I have plenty of time and energy to spare. Your little fluffy guy/gal and I will become the best of friends. I'll make sure he/she feels safe and comfy while you're away. I've also got plenty of energy for walking dogs. I enjoy the exercise and the fresh air. I'm also very patient and loving towards animals, and I'll be more than happy to dedicate my time and energy towards providing them with the best care possible.

My dogs love Kira. She cared for my 3 dogs and cat for a week, walking the dogs in snow, ice and mud. She had to put little sweaters on and off the dogs, wipe off 12 paws, and deal with their frisky, jumping up. I found her to be caring, responsible, communicative and tidy. I would highly recommend her.

While I am more than happy to care for the client's pet in their home, the house I rent cannot accommodate pets other than my own. She is a rescue dog and does not do well with other animals. In addition, I do not own the house so I would have to get permission from my housemate who pays the mortgage.

I have ASD/am on the spectrum. Sometimes I have trouble remembering details or become overwhelmed. Therefore, it is imperative that I know the timing and diet of the pets I care for, as well as what health conditions to be aware of during their time with me. This means I need to know what time they have breakfast/dinner, and when/where they have their walks. If I'm staying overnight, I feel much more comfortable knowing that the house is secure. Therefore, please provide clear, detailed instructions on how to lock up when leaving as well as at night.
A typical day
I love playing all kinds of games with dogs! I love playing fetch with toys, a little bit of playful teasing, and more. When the weather is nice, I like to take pets for little strolls around the neighborhood

Availability
While I also work at Dartmouth Hospital, my schedule is fairly open and flexible. My only request is that I'm provided with 2-3 weeks advanced notice so I can adjust my work schedule accordingly. With regards to pricing, please understand that I need to take into consideration gas, time taken off from work, as well as the 30% Rover takes out of the pricing. If preferred, I would be more than happy to negotiate, provided that the price is somewhere approaching the prices charged by local kennels.
