Pet care experience
I worked at a dog kennel for over two years, taking care of people's dogs and cats while they were out of town. I fed, walked, cleaned and gave medicine to many different kinds of dogs. My experience at the kennel has made me very comfortable taking care of all kinds of dogs. That experience has stayed with me over the past 8 years. I've dog-sat and dog-walked as a "side hustle" my entire life. I have two high energy dogs that I take on long walks, hikes and take to the dog park to keep the healthy active.

Kindsey is one of the biggest dog lovers I know. I trust her with all of my pets and feel very comfortable when leaving my little fur babies with her. She has a great background with pet care, and is always willing to go the extra mile to help out an animal.

I live in a second-floor apartment with a dog park on-site. My dogs get long walks in the morning (1.5 miles) and are taken to the dog park in the evening. We also visit other dog parks around Austin to help them socialize and experience new places.

Temperament, energy level, and if anything spooks the dog like vacuums, sirens, car horns, etc. Also, my dogs are allowed on the furniture, so I would need to know if that's a strict policy for your dog or not.
A typical day
There are a few hiking trails near my apartment that I like to frequent with my dogs. There are also tons of dog parks within 10 minutes of my apartment where I like to take my dogs to run around and play.

Availability
I work a 9-5 Monday through Friday job that gives me weeknight and weekend flexibility to pet sit or take your dogs on walks. I live in an apartment with high-energy dogs so my dogs are walked in the morning and in the evening during the week. On the weekend we take trips to the dog park or go on a hike to keep the active.
