Pet care experience
(Hablo esp tamb) I have always had a dogs & cats in my life but, I currently live somewhere not animal friendly so being able to spend some time with others animals really warms my heart & makes me feel at home. In my past I’ve taken care of children, 4mo-14yo, so taking care of fur babies is a walk in the park, in my experience. It’s all about patience, knowledge, and understanding. People I know tend to ask me before anyone else to watch their dog. Sometimes that's a week long, a day, or even a few hours. I’ve never had a bad experience with dogs or cats, not even my own. I love & prefer big dogs as they tend to have a calmer demeanor, but still I understand to be cautious around any animal in which I don't know their temperament. I love all cats, I really think they are neat animals with their own individuality. It’s always an interesting experience getting to know their personalities. And I feel so honored when I get chosen to give some pets, I mean the purr is better than anything. I also have knowledge in the freshwater fish keeping hobby. And I know how hard it is to trust someone to take care of your fish babies, so I’m willing to offer that in addition to taking care of your fur babies or as a stand alone option, please message me so we can discuss. And going on vacation, I know how much harder it is to have someone you trust to take care of your aquatic life. Kimmy was great! Very easygoing and kind, very patient with my slow-to-warm-up dog, and very proactive in her updates. I loved getting photos throughout the stay, and I very much appreciated the care she took to keep me posted about how everything was going. She was also quick to respond when I needed potential assistance with coordinating letting a repair person onto the property. I'd recommend Kimmy any time.
Kimberly watched our two golden retrievers and house for 5 days over Thanksgiving, and I can say I am grateful for the special care she gave us. We came home to happy and content dogs and a well kept home. Special bonus were the artist quality photographs we received of the dogs while on our trip! I highly recommend Kimberly if you need caring for your special pets and house.
Kimmy was awesome and our dog loves her! She was communicative, sent pictures of our dog, and took care of our dog & house perfectly - and with a great attitude.
This is the second time Kimmy has watched our dogs and our home. She is detail oriented and takes great care of our dogs who have special diets and medications. The house is always clean and in good order. We already have her scheduled for our next trip.

I don't have any animals but I do have a fenced grass backyard. If I care for your pet at my house we will be outdoors 99% of the time, unless it's freezing/too hot; in that case your pet must be trained to not have accidents. I don’t have a doggy door. In a clients home I will respect whatever routine your pet is used to. I agree to one walk per day(for dogs), if more are needed we can discuss how much and fair compensation for this. I love to play fetch with the dogs! I’m all game for learning what makes your dog happy too, they’re all different! Some seem to hate fetching while others can’t stop! Some quite dislike belly rubs and head pats while others can’t get enough attention. So that’s important information to know about with your dog(s).

Let me know if your dog is aggressive, if there’s something they don’t like- whether it’s being pet on the belly or even if they don’t like going outside or can’t deal with loud noises. I’d like to know if your pet is skittish or more on the outgoing side, so that I know what behavior is normal for them. It’s always nice to know if your dog is one that will get sad if you’re gone for a little or if they’re the kind that don’t seem to care. Just the little things tend to help me know if they need some extra tlc.
A typical day
I love to play fetch with them, if they know tricks I’ll definitely give them treats for them. I like to go on walks around the neighborhood/park/dog park, so they can sniff all the fun things life has to offer. Also if it’s more comfortable for them, walks in their area are nice for me to get out an explore places I haven’t seen yet. And bedtime almost always calls for cuddles while watching a show! I like to know what a typical day for your dogs looks like however as I want to accommodate myself into their schedule.

Availability
working for the DOI, where we have an on season(summer) and an off season(winter). I will be more flexible on my off season and can take bookings if they fit criteria, and in the on season I’ll still be lightly available- however i will only be taking clients who understand I will be working a 10+hr/5 days/week schedule. (So doggy doors are a must!)
