Hugely upsetting. I wanted to give Kimiko a 5 star rating. I left the state for the holidays for a few weeks and needed someone to drop in and feed my cats and dump litter: super easy stuff. I booked with another sitter initially who did not come through when scheduled so I reached out to Kimiko. Everything seemed great. She went right away, she took care of everything... until it came to the last visit. She did not answer my calls or texts. She did not go take care of my babies. Rover tried reaching out to her several times and she refused to respond to Rover either. As a sitter myself, I'm appalled by this behavior. Had I not been able to find another sitter last minute, my cats would've likely died or gotten sick because I had been snowed in during a major storm which extended my trip and during the holidays, a lot of sitters were not available. Ultimately. Kimiko is NOT reliable and I would definitely recommend booking someone else. The safety and lives of your pets are far too important.

Kimiko is amazing!! She takes such good care of my girl and she even did my dishes because I was working a 14 hour day today! She is wonderful!!
