Pet care experience
I’ve been a dog walker and pet sitter for 7 years. I have also fostered dogs and cats of all ages through the Louisiana SPCA and Take Paws Rescue. I have experience working with anxious pets, reactive dogs, senior dogs, puppies/kittens and pets with medical needs. I am patient, attentive and always put the pet’s needs first. Every pet is an individual, and I look forward to getting to know yours and giving them love. I will send plenty of photo and text updates of all the adventures your pet goes on with me!

Aside from the basics, some of the questions I like to get a sense of are: Is your pet food or play motivated? How are they with new people? How is your dog on a leash? What training would you like me to reenforce, if any? I want to know all of your pet’s quirks so I know how best to accommodate them.
A typical day
I believe in building trust with the animals in my care and letting them take the lead, while providing positive reinforcement. If there's a park or grassy area nearby, that will be our first stop on walks! After we get back, I usually play with them inside before I go - can't resist those cute faces.
