My name is Kimberly and I am currently 29 years old - my husband and I have been taking care of all kinds of animals since we were children, however I moved to working with dogs professionally at the age of 20; I have enjoyed every moment since! We recently moved to Elyria however previously lived in Cleveland Heights where I worked at a local dog boarding and daycare center where I was responsible for the well being of upwards of 35-50 dogs, ensuring each and every dog was able to relax in their new environment, providing all meals and medication as well as ensuring the safety of all social dogs in a group together. This position gave me the most valuable knowledge possible and has solidified my idea that stress free care is one of the most important things we can do for the pets entrusted in our care. We currently own 1 senior flat-coated retriever, a retired service dog as well as 3 cats and they are all our world and best friends. While I love all animals, dogs are my true passion and I have extensive experience with many different breeds, sizes, temperaments, energy drives, worker breeds/service dogs, etc. I am also able to provide you with the comfort of knowing all medications and health needs will be met, as I have plenty of experience providing care for senior/health compromised dogs that follow a strict medication/feeding schedule. I am very comfortable with administering shots, pill shoots as well as old fashion 'pilling' a dog with some PB!
