Does your dog get along with other dogs?
Does your dog currently - or in the past - exhibit signs of aggression or extreme possessiveness in any way (including biting, growling, snarling, baring teeth and nipping)?
Does your dog have separation anxiety or any other problem behaviors?
Is your dog neutered?
Is your dog house-trained?
Does your dog sleep in bed with you?
Do you allow your dog on furniture?
Does your dog walk ahead of you on walks?
Is your dog high energy to the point of out-of-control with very little down time?
Does your dog have destructive tendencies (i.e. eating shoes, tearing up furniture, pillows, rugs, digging holes in gardens)?
Is your dog an obsessive barker?
