Kimberly was OUTSTANDING. I needed a place for Penny to stay during the day on a last minute work trip and I could not have been more grateful to have found her! From the first conversation it is very clear that she is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your pup. She scheduled a meet and greet and utilized her experience as a vet technician to understand and read body language of the dogs and ensured that Penny felt safe and secure. On her first day with Penny, she used calming techniques to assist her in becoming familiar in new environment, and sent me updated photos and messages about their day together. Her Great Dane and Terrier are very friendly, play perfectly with any new animals and the fenced-in backyard has lots of smells and room to keep entertained. Penny decided to roll in the mud, but she was freshly bathed and cleaned by the time I picked her up!!! I can't thank Kim enough for making my work trip so easy, I did not have any worries about the care that Penny was receiving. On our last day together she baked home-made dog treats with whole/organic ingredients and sent Penny home with a goodie bag. (not to mention she let Penny pick out the goodies she enjoyed most) :) Overall, Kimberly was knowledgeable, flexible, and extremely kind. I wish she lived closer to us in Austin!
