Pet care experience
Fritz, our German Shepherd rescue, enjoys long walks/hikes, playing endless games of fetch, and chasing squirrels in the yard to try and spend some of his boundless energy. So I understand a rambunctious and playful dog who just needs some time out of the house to run and play, smell and discover. We would love to have your dog come along with us for a walk or come over to enjoy running around and playing in our large fenced in yard. My dog gets along well with others. Fritz is well behaved and is quick to be submissive when around other dogs. We go to city and state parks, walking trails, and dog parks. We are in the Morgan’s Point Resort area and excited to be here and hopeful to meet some dog friends. We want to offer a worry-free situation for you and a comfortable experience in our dog-friendly home for your pet while you’re away. We can tire your doggo out with some activities and then they can curl up on the couch for a nap! Our pup had a lot of fun when she spent the day at Kimberly’s house! Her dog was so welcoming to ours, who is still young and can get scared and defensive. She was happy and exhausted when we picked her up. :)
Kim watched our 10 month old German Shepard and she was the best! We had to book an extra day at the last minute and Kim was so understanding. Her dog is extremely friendly and she has a great yard for dogs!
I have three dogs, a viszla, a terrier, and a chihuahua. Two of them are adopted and have a few issues, but Kimberly is great with all three of them! She treats them like her own and her own dog is the most gentle, sweet, bundle of energy I've ever met.

I would like to do a meet and greet to make sure your pet is comfortable around us and in our environment. Fritz has a Corgi cousin best friend that he loves to spend time with, 2 chihuahua cousins who boss him around pretty much and a Vzisla cousin he cannot manage to outrun! We love all breeds but want our guests to be comfortable and happy around Fritz. Most of all we want you to ask any questions you may have and come see our place to see where your pet will be staying and feel confident that we have your pet’s best interest at heart.
A typical day
Large fenced in yard with even more property that backs up to the lake for lots of room to run, explore nature and even swim. Dog friendly home with doggy door and indoor and outdoor living areas so dogs can come in if they like or weather is bad or stay outside if they prefer. Walks at nearby Miller Springs Park, Mother Neff, Lions Park or Chalk Ink Falls. Fritz knows a lot of tricks/commands and we’d be willing to work with your dog if you’d like to help teach some basic sit, stay or leave-it type commands.

Availability
I’m home all day and your dog will have access to inside or outside through doggy door anytime. We have a well behaved German Shepherd who loves visitors. We like to hang out in our beautiful backyard area.
