Owned dogs growing up, and also was a foster mom for a dog rescue in San Diego, in addition to volunteering at adoption events, where I learned a lot. I have given vaccinations, and done a few microchips, but never administered IV medication. I am comfortable giving oral meds. I’m available almost all of the time and love to play with dogs. I have one large dog, 96 lbs of playful, and sometimes we take a drive to beautiful destinations for walks. My dog loves the company of other dogs. And I’m confident more dogs would be a blessing in my home. My dad is sometimes here as well and growing up, he and my stepmother raised CCI (Canine companions for Independence) dogs. We are currently in the process of obtaining my dogs good behavior certification and making him my official service dog.
