I've been working with animals for 20 years. I formally taught dog grooming in a major metropolitan area for a large company, along with managing a grooming shop for 7 years. Before my dog grooming experience, I worked as an assistant veterinary technician for a year. Often in that job I assisted in surgery, with x-rays, phlebotomy, and grooming sedated pets. I've worked in rescue fostering before as well, with dogs, cats, fish, birds, and small animals. I'm very gentle and peaceful with all animals, while being confident as well. I've also assisted in basic training classes on occasion. I pride myself in treating animals the way I'd treat my most valued loved one, and seeing them for the special members of the family they are.
