Pet care experience
I’ve cared for many different kinds of pets since high school. Just in the last two years I’ve learned a lot about dog behavior as my husband and I have adopted two pups of our own. They are both around 2. I love to play and teach them as we are all growing together as a family. I had a dog in high school as well and walked her everyday. I also helped care for our kitties, as we had a few growing up. We also have three kitties now whom we love and play with everyday. Pets are like kids, they all have their own personalities and it’s fun to learn who they are just like people.

Kimberly took such great care of my dog. She frequently sent photo and video updates multiple times a day so I knew what my dog was up to at all times. She even went out of her way to buy treats that my dog could eat, considering her allergies. When I went to go pick her up, my dog was so attached that she didn’t want to leave! Truly grateful for the care and love that Kimberly showed my dog, will happily rebook another time and recommend her to all others!
Kimberly has such a Love for animals, I think she would make an excellent dog walker. This would also bring much joy to her and the pets.
I am a dog lover and recognize one when I see one! More importantly, I know what a responsible dog lover does and is and Kimberly fits that bill perfectly: -she is dependable, on time and a good communicator -she is tuned into the personality and needs of pets -she has lots of personal experience caring for pets -she is strong and able to wrangle even unruly dogs Lastly, I would trust her completely with my own pets. I like to let pets get to know me and some need more time than others. Depending on the pet they may come to greet me or hide. It’s best to let the pet approach me first when they are ready. I like to use treats for commands, rewards, and/or bribes. Pets love to play and I am good at that! Outside is a little more dangerous as you never know what another person’s dog is like. I usually avoid strange dogs and anything that I see could be harmful. I like a close leash to make sure pets don’t eat strange things on the ground and I can watch them closely to look out for something before they get to it. Pets are quick and you have to see it before they do!
