Pet care experience
I have been a dog and cat sitter for families for 25 years,when they have gone on trips up to 3 weeks at a time. I stayed at their homes or they came to mine. I use to go to the shelter in Co. to take dogs on hikes and when camping I always take seniors pets for walks. I also cared for managers pets at work when they could not get away. I use to get up at 3:45 am for 2 years to walk 2 really big dogs so they would not have to be on leashes. I will walk your dog for everyday for 1 mile and upon your return I will bathe them for no additional charge. Cat or dog they can sleep wherever they want. I just want them to feel safe and at home. At this time I do not know how to apply CPR to a dog. But I will learn. I also have refs by phone number.

We did a "meet & greet" for Kimberly to get acquainted with Zeke. She is a definite "dog lover" and Zeke sensed that. Her cat was "almost friendly" and over the course of a week's boarding, all went well. Lots of action....walks, car rides, visits to friends/family. She even had given him a bath in preparation for our arrival.
Kimberly was great. I could tell she really cared about Auggie and her wellbeing. She walked her twice a day and brushed her too. I'm so thankful I could leave town knowing my dog was safe with Kim!
Kimberly was amazing! We would use her again in a heartbeat. She loved on Loki just like we would. She sent us picture updates and communicated. With us throughout the stay.
Kimberly was a lifesaver for me. My sitter fell through on the day before my grandson's wedding. I was supposed to stay at the hotel overnight. After contacting several people on Rover.com who had not updated their calendars I found Kimberly. She was so excited to have Bruno and he must have known she was a nice person because he went willingly to her. She sent me pictures without me even having to ask throughout the evening. When I went to pick him up I could tell he was well taken care of. She is a very kind person, and I will reccomend her 100%. And I will now use only her . Maybe it was a Godsend the others didn't update their calendars otherwise I wouldn't have found her. I highly recommend her!!

I live in a pet friendly apartment complex and I do believe that most here have pets. I will take your 4 legged "child" for at least 2 walks and to the pet park everyday. I have a balcony, so they can definitely hang out on it if they so chose and we will not have to worry about them getting loose.I will also give them just as much affection and attention that I would my own(almost all of my new furry friends slept cuddled up next to me, like 99%). I do have a cat, she pretty much sleeps most of the time. She has never tried to pick a fight with any of our guests. I use to have 2 dogs, however they passed away at the age of 13. Now my friends bring their dogs over to play and get baths. I will take care of them like they are my own.

I absolutely love all animals(with the exception of snakes). Big,small,scrappy, 3 legged,stuburn, I love them all. The only thing I need to know is that they will not try to have my cat for a snack.
A typical day
I will walk them and take them to the pet park everyday, . I will give them treats twice a day(one strip at a time). I will make them feel like they have a home away from home by holding them, brushing them and playing catch if they like. They will feel my smile without even looking at me. I will also bathe upon your arrival if you like.

Availability
I am a paraeducator for the Norwalk School District and I am off for the summer. I was working with a home remodeling company but I really miss sitting for my new furry friends, so I decided to make the next month available so that I can do just that. Unfortunately I do not have the the yard like I used to when I first started working with Rover but there are lots of pets of all sizes here in the apartment complex that I live in and I will definitely take them for walks at least twice a day and I will take them to the dog park everyday if they would like to do so. I truly love pets and at each home that we remodeled they all had pets and every time I I just wanted to pet them and spend time with them and I really missed time that I was able to spend before covid-19 e pets.
