We were very unhappy with how Kimberly watched our dogs and we recommend others stay away. We were very nervous and unhappy for the five days our dogs stayed with her. First, one of our two dogs cut his leg on her fence in the backyard, which cost $1100 to get stitches and cleaning, including multiple follow up appointments and required our dog to wear a head-cone for several weeks. We do appreciate that she took him to the vet immediately so that the dog could get sutures and pain pills, but we would hope a professional dog sitter wouldn't have a fence that can cut animals so badly. Second, when we had our second dog sitter come pick up the dogs from this Rover, there were far fewer pain pills left than there should have been. We suspect that Kimberly gave our dog more pills than the vet prescribed. This is obviously very dangerous. Third, she was terrible at communication. I would say she responded to less than 25% of our messages. At first she claimed her lack of response was because the Rover app wasn't sending her notifications. Fine. After that, when she didn't respond to our messages she claimed that her phone wasn't working. Either way, we were very nervous about our dogs and would have appreciated if she responded to our messages. She also says on her profile that she will send a lot of pictures of our dogs. After five days, I did not receive a single picture of my dog. I asked for pictures a number of times but didn't get one. The only picture we received was of the giant wound one of our dog's received at her house. We have used Rover over a dozen times and have never left a bad review, but because of the severe lack of professionalism we decided to leave this bad review so others know to look for a different Rover.

She took my pup to the dog park! I was happy about that!
