** Price increase will be applicable from 1 January 2024 ** Hello! My name is Kimberley and I have previously owned cats, dogs, horses and ponies of all ages for more than 35 years. Since I was a toddler, my passion for animals (particularly dogs and horses) was in my soul and up until recently, my hobby took me all over the UK where I competed in competitions and qualifiers with my beloved sports horses and native ponies in the realms of inhand showing (the equestrian equivalent of Crufts). My best friend Harvey (the yellow Lab in my photos, who was a rescue and came with me to all my shows) very sadly passed over the rainbow bridge in October 2018 aged 14 and as much as I still miss him every day, he is irreplaceable, so I started house sitting for friends and work colleagues I knew which gave me the canine fix I really needed. Fast forward 4 years and in March 2023, I took the plunge and decided to create a profile here on Rover to begin building a small but trusted client base as a reliable, caring and knowledgable house sitter and within 10 days, I had my first meet and greet which turned into a confirmed booking! Whether you need doggy day care or an overnight stay, a weekend or a 2 week booking, honesty and integrity are of the utmost importance to me. Your pets will always be treated as if they were my own as I pride myself in providing the best care for your best friend. A big thank you to Kimberley for responding to my request for a sitter at short notice. A family emergency meant I didn’t have time to plan the booking in advance but I had no worries about leaving Tam with Kimberley even though he hadn’t met her before. I booked two consecutive days so on day 2 Tam was very happy to see her. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kimberley and will certainly use her again if the need arises.
Kimberly was fantastic in looking after Tommy whilst I was away. Tommy needed some extra attenton due to a sudden abscess on his chest. Kimberly kept me completely up to date and managed the late night trip to vets and follow on extra care and attertion. I cant rate Kimberly highly enough. Care for Tommy was exceptional. Kimberley, the Cockapoo whisperer! We were looking for someone to look after and really care for our four-legged companions, and Kimberley, for us, was that special person. We knew after the first meet and greet that Kimberley was very experienced with dogs and would have no trouble coping with our two Cockapoo’s who have completely different characters and behaviours. Kimberley also made us feel confident in our trust to hand over our house keys so we could take a 9-day holiday abroad whilst she stayed in our home. The daily photos of Oscar and Frankie enjoying their walks in rain or shine or just lounging around at home gave us the warm feeling that they were happy and being well looked after. Kimberley also took care of our home as if it were her own. Which we really appreciate and was unexpected because the priority for us was our Oscar and Frankie who, after two days of our return, look at us and say …. When is Kimberley coming back!

Availability
As an experienced, reliable and trusted house sitter with a full-time job Monday to Friday that's home-based, I can work from your home (all I need is WiFi access, a dining/kitchen table and a power socket!), so it's very easy for me to be flexible around your dog(s) routine to allow for walkies, play time, training and cuddles in their own environment.
