I have loved animals of all kinds my entire life and have a great deal of experience caring for dogs, cats, and hens. I feel a responsibility to the care and protection of both domestic animals and animals in the wild. I have worked with animal welfare groups in Boston and locally in RI and I have also volunteered at PARL (Providence Animal Rescue League) exercising dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities in their care. I would say my special skill with animals is comforting them when they are afraid or unsure. I am very patient and I would never force any animal into a situation they are not ready for - they all need to go at their own pace, just like humans.
