Kim was absolutely amazing with our golden. He was so well taken care of that I would highly recommend Kim for anyone that would like to have that special touch for their sweet baby. Above and beyond! !!

She lost my dog. I called explaining my dog is special needs, recovering from a severe case of abuse months earlier. I asked for someone who'd be with my dog in person the whole time since my dog shouldn't be crated. With the exception of a doctor's appointment, where she'd gate my dog in her kitchen, she said she'd be home the full time. This appointment was the first day I dropped her off, and when my dog wouldn't walk up to her, she chased her around her table then called her friend (also on Rover.com) for backup, in which they both tried to put a service dog vest on my dog to bring her to the doctor. My terrified dog slipped out the front door, which was left open. My dog was lost for 4 days, in which the sitter and her friend would help with the search, but ultimately left for their own obligations. I cancelled my vacation, drove to Clearwater 2 hours after I'd originally dropped my dog off, paid $900 I'm hotel costs, mileage, lost pet services, and cancelled flight fees to stay on site looking for my scared dog. The sitter went to Miami after the 2nd day, and her friend proceeded to harass my family via text saying they weren't doing enough to help me find my dog. Unbelievable, given they both were now gone. I did find my dog on the 4th day by camping outside until 10pm and returning at 5am, where my dog (needing medical attention for injured legs, dehydration, and exhaustion) limped over to me, completely soaked. DO NOT USE THIS SITTER. My dog is still recovering 3 days later and cannot walk.
