I'll treat your dog in the same way you think of him/her...as a member of your family. I have owned German Shepherds and other breeds and feel comfortable around all breeds and sizes. I am able to manage large dogs on leash while out on our hikes or neighborhood walks. Dogs can display aggressive behaviors without being aggressive dogs. I ask owners of pets with aggressive tendencies to be forthcoming with this information so we can be prepared. Being a dog owner (and horse owner as well) has made me a better person as it teaches patience, kindness, and how to be firm yet fair when working together. I'll bring these traits with me to care for your 4-legged family members as I would my own.
