Kim took great care of our senior dog (age 14) over the holidays and we would definitely contact her again if we need a sitter in the future. With great communication through the whole process, Kim put us right at ease. We would wholeheartedly recommend her!

An Absolute Caring and Loving Pet Professional! I was very nervous about leaving my dog with a stranger considering I’ve always had the option of family members caring for my dog. Kim was very kind and reassured me that my dog was in gentle and good hands. On the day of drop off Kim was available at the requested drop off time and was very welcoming. The moment Kim met my dog she showed a caring connection almost immediately. It was very comforting to experience this, and I knew at that point my dog was in good hands. Kim communicated frequently with updates and photos which was awesome. Kim was also very responsive to any questions and concerns both before and during my dogs stay. On the day of pick up Kim was again on-time and had my dog ready to go, even had given her a bath which was unexpected and very appreciated. Kim is a trustworthy, caring, loving, and reliable person who is professional in both her attention to your pets needs and owners concern. I would recommend Kim to anyone who needs pet boarding or even short-term services that she offers. I will certainly be requesting Kim again should family be unavailable.
