Hi Neighbors🖐 I provide HIGH QUALITY, LOW VOLUME dog care in my home. I feel over-stimulation is the cause of many issues when boarding dogs. For that reason, I'm a low volume Rover sitter. The max I will board is 2-3 dogs at a time in addition to my two Airedales. I'm looking to both enrich my own dog's lives, but also experience the pure joy of having visiting K9 love! I feel having 4-5 dogs under my care at once is no joke! My standard of care for my own dogs is so high that I have a difficult time traveling without them. Being trusted with your pets is not just a "gig" to me. I am with them almost 100% of the time. Having 4-5 dogs in your care takes time and effort to manage. I take that responsibility very seriously! You won't see 10-20 dogs being ignored in my backyard. You won't cringe when you leave, worried about how I'll ever give your pup the attention they deserve. I've been there, and thats why I'm here on Rover now! Here is what you can expect if you choose ME : - I work from home, am self employed, and live alone with my two pups. - I've recently had a NEGATIVE Covid19 test (12/27/2020). -I have a BS from The University of San Francisco, though I'm 40 now and all that seems like ages ago! -I have two Airedale Terriers, Maple & Trek. They are my 3rd & 4th Airedales. I adopted my first Airedale at age 26, but grew up with Schnauzers... I've had dogs all my life! - I work with Texas Airedale Rescue Network (TART), and have both adopted and provided transport for that organization over the years, in addition to donating. -I have a HUGE, secure fenced in backyard right on the Santa Fe Trail. - I will return your dog to you in the same grooming condition they were in upon arrival. If that means they need regular grooming during their stay, a bath before going home- or whatever it takes...they will get it at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. I have always groomed and clipped my Airedales myself. I'm not a liscenced groomer, but I am well educated and experienced in different coats, fur vs. hair & grooming tools etc., so please bring your favorite brushes, shampoos & conditioners for them! What I ask of YOU: -I ask that all drop offs please be made at 11am or later. I can accommodate earlier drop offs, however the reservation will be modified with a $20 fee, or you can schedule the drop off the night before. -Pick ups follow the same criteria and accomodation fee (so after 11am please). -Bring anything you think that will make your pup HAPPY and comfortable. I have everything they need also (beds, toys, bowls etc ). -PLEASE PLACE FOOD FOR THE ENTIRE STAY IN A ZIPLOCK BAG OR AIRTIGHT CONTAINER. -Last minute requests are unlikely, but please send me a request anyway! I'll try my hardest! I'm an open book, and hope we get a chance to meet & ask each other all the questions needed to feel comfortable. Definitely bring your pup(s) by to meet mine....SO SO important if I were in your position... I'll make the time if you can swing by. Thanks! -Kim❤
