I have always been an avid dog lover, and would love the opportunity to give your pet the care and attention they deserve while you are away! I hope to use the income earned from this to assist in paying off my student loans. I understand the responsibility that comes with owning and caring for a beloved pet: dogs need interaction, attention and love, in addition to all the basic necessities involved in caring for a pet. This is the high level of care that your dog will receive while with me. In addition to my care, I have two dogs in my home that would love to share playtime with your pets, too! Max, who I’ve had since he was a puppy, is a small Bichon Frise/Shih Tzu mix, and is extremely sweet and playful. My second dog, a pug named Spike, I ‘adopted’ when my boyfriend Adam and I started dating. He has the squishiest face and the softest heart, and would love to have another buddy to play with! I share an apartment with Adam, and both of us work at Microsoft during the week. Adam is almost always home with me on the weekends, as we both are taking additional classes to further our educations, so your pets will get double the love and attention while in my care! Often times, we take Max and Spike to Marymoor Dog Park, and would love to include your dogs in these outings as well. In my housing complex, I have a large wooded area with lots of trees and grasses, so there will be a lot of fun walks here, too. Currently, my availability is set for Saturdays and Sundays only, because I want to be able to give your pets the most attentive care possible, and make sure they are safe while in my home. As such, I am able to spend the entire day-care period (e.g. 7am-6pm) watching over your dog. You can expect your dog to get a potty break and quick walk every 1-2 hours, and at least one 30 minute to 1 hour walk during the day. Because I truly believe that dogs need mental engagement to keep them happy and entertained, I have toys and ‘puzzle games’ available for them to play with. With my home’s setup, I am able to separate dogs that need to be alone while eating or drinking, or that just need some quiet space. Your pets’ safety and happiness is my number one priority. I am very active in my own pets’ lives, and plan to provide that same care to yours!
