5/5 STAY! I was traveling From Austin, Texas to the Orlando Area and was terrified where my dog was going to stay while I had a graduation to attend and to explore Disney World. Did a lot of research into Rover and a few of the profiles in the area. Many of them were either too busy or wouldn't take a bigger dog/pup. I was lucky I found Kim. As someone who has never traveled outside of Texas let alone taken my dog with me, I was terrified to trust a complete stranger to watch her. After communicating with Kim for a few days I felt more comfortable with the situation and let me tell you IT WAS WONDERFUL. Kim worked with my early drop off and late pick up schedule, She sent me tons of pictures which made our day better with each message (think I got 22 pictures between 2 days). She has two dogs of her own which are EXTREMELY nice dogs and gave my pup the play time she needed. On the second day when we entered Kim's neighborhood Amelia (my dog) began getting extremely excited as if she knew what was about to happen and was rushing to get out of the car! Kim went BEYOND my expectations of how I believed Doggy Day Care would of went. She brushed Amelia for us and her dogs shared their beds with her. Traveling back home we stopped to feed Amelia breakfast and realized Kim had cleaned both of her food/water bowls for us!! Simple gesture that meant a lot to us in terms of Kim's dedication to her service.(she even Messaged to check up on Amelia the day after we left) If you are looking for a sitter look no further Kim is your gal! IF I ever return to Orlando Kim will always be our first choice!

Kim is a responsible and reliable person. She loves dogs and all animals and will take very good care of your pet. Kim shows the pets she really cares for them!! Would definitely recommend her for your pet care needs.
