I am a United States Navy Veteran, a licensed veterinary technician, a mom to three children and five furry kids, experienced foster dog-mom, and available to help you when you need some time away, but have a cat or a dog that needs company. If you have a pet that requires medication, I have 9 years of experience with that. I have experience with basic grooming, so if your pet needs a nail trim, anal gland expression, ear cleaning, or a bath I can do that! I am very compassionate and will treat you and your pet with the utmost respect. If a problem that requires medical attention arises, I will take your pet to their veterinarian. My whole family is also full of animal aficionados! Please note: **I will not accept booking requests if less than 7-days out. Having a 1-week notice allows me to plan and prepare to board your pet and make sure that I don't have plans to be away from my home during your pet's stay**

We have a brick walled fence that is about 6 feet tall and two dogs to keep your pupper company. Your dog will only go outside with supervision since we do have a pool and hot tub. The boarding dogs usually stay downstairs, since our cats stay in the loft area.

Does your dog get along or tolerate younger kids, other dogs, and cats? I live in an house and our dog, Sadie, seems to prefer bigger dogs so dogs over 30lb are preferred. Is your dog properly potty trained and will only go potty outside? We have some carpet downstairs and we try to keep the house smelling clean and inviting.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks There are is a park near my home, I could take her/him to get some exercise. Your pet's sleeping arrangement If a dog, we have an extra medium sized kennel, otherwise, a bed will be set up in an area easy to clean in case of potty accidents. If your pet does well sleeping in a bed with humans, they can slumber with us (pending cats' approval). Time I'll spend with your pet I work from home full-time, so it's likely your fur baby will not be without a human.

I currently work 4 days a week in a veterinary hospital, but there is usually someone home until midday, then i get home around 7pm. Our dogs are social and have constant access to our backyard/pool area.
