Highly recommend! I love all the pictures and communication from Kim during her visits. I never have to worry about my pups or cat when I leave town!

Kim seems to be a sweet person but I feel that it’s important to leave an honest review, for the benefit of others looking for a reliable sitter. I encountered issues with Kim from our meet and greet, the day before I was scheduled to leave for vacation, where she was half an hour late. She explained the situation but this still made me feel nervous that she may not be punctual for the drop in visits. My cats are not free feed and take meals on a schedule so it was important that they be fed around their usual meal times. A few days during my trip Kim was late. She did communicate ahead of time when she knew she’d be running late on one or two occasions - however one morning, she never arrived and after sending a few text messages to her that went unanswered, I contacted Rover’s customer support. Rover was able to get in contact with Kim and she was extremely apologetic and arrived around 35 mins after the scheduled visit time. There were also a few mix ups with which food to feed the cats and I had to remind Kim of a few “housekeeping” things such as turning off the porch light and lowering the blinds in the living room. I knew that my cats were being fed and their litter boxes were being cleaned which was the most important thing. I appreciated the pictures, videos, and written reports on the Rover card that I received and my boy cat seemed to get along with Kim and her daughter— but I still felt anxious my entire vacation and couldn’t fully enjoy my time away. I feel like it defeated the whole purpose of hiring the sitter to be honest. I personally would not hire Kim again.
