Pets are family & deserve the best!

Pet care experience

I have owned and cared for dogs, cats, and other animals since I was just a child. I have fostered several dogs big and small, and I have spent time volunteering in animal shelters doing my best to provide attention and socialization to animals who are waiting for their furever home. I have most hands-on experience with medium-to-large breed dogs, but I have handled and cared for dogs as small as 2 lbs. and up to 120+lbs. I strongly believe that there are no bad breeds. A pet's behavior is dictated, in many ways, by the love and attention they receive from their human counterparts. Of course, you can't always be there, so I want to make sure your furry friends' stay social and active while you are away so that everyone in your home is happy, healthy, and stress-free!

I have nothing but good things to say about Kim! She sent pictures and updates of our pups while watching them and communicated very well with us! Would definitely recommend her!

Kim was very responsible in keeping her appointments with us and provided pictures and feedback with each visit. Our dog seemed very relaxed with her.

Kim was awesome! Since the minute I met her I knew She was going to be great! I went on vacation feeling they were in great hands. Bella and Bentley had a great time with her, she sent me pics and kept me up to date. I would use Kim again in a heart beat.

Information Kim A. would like to know about your pet

Typically, I prefer to schedule a Meet & Greet (usually at your residence) prior to your upcoming reservation so that we can determine if I am a good fit for you and your pets. We can discuss your dogs social, dietary, and other special needs or medical and physical requirements. If your pet has been known to show any signs of food, human, or animal aggression, this must be disclosed during our Meet & Greet so that I can be sure to take any extra necessary precautions to protect myself and your pets.

A typical day

All of my services outlined below can be somewhat flexible. If you have any special requests or needs, feel free to let me know! House Sitting: This is a 24-hour overnight service. I will stay with your dogs in your home while you are away for the night. This premium service includes feeding, playing, 1-2 walks per 24 hour visit (depending on needs), as well as keeping an eye on your home (retrieving newspaper/mail, bringing trash cans in and out, etc.) and any other reasonable requests. Drop-in Visits: Each 30 minute drop-in visit to your home includes socializing and playing with your dog, potty breaks, and refreshing their water and/or food. Most clients prefer to book 2-3 drop-in visits per day when they may have a particularly long day scheduled, or would like for me to stay longer than 30 minutes at a time. This service does not typically include a walk. Walking: I come to your home and walk your dog around your neighborhood or a nearby dog park. I will be sure they have plenty of water before and after their walk. ***All services include medication administration as needed.
