Kiki has a nak for connecting with animals. She is a wonderful human who has compassion for all living creatures. When helping me in caring for my fur children, she always goes above and beyond the care anyone else would provide. They absolutely adore her. Even my girl Lola who can be slightly standoffish just thinks she is absolutely the bees knees! As a paranoid dog mom who only trusts my girls with the best ...

Kiki is fantastic with animals of all kinds. I am very selective and choosy with who I allow to care for my dog, because she is high energy and doesn't interact well with other dogs - which a lot of folks don't understand, or try to push the limits of. Kiki is incredibly understanding, perceptive and intuitive when with my dog, and is able to command her attention, keep her occupied and entertained without there ever ...

Social Worker on the Move!

Hi, I'm Kiki! A recent transplant from Texas, moving to Seattle for graduate school studies in social work. I have spent my entire life around dogs, and love every minute of it! As a kid, a foster-pup parent, sitter for friends and family, and now living with my own furry roommate, I have experience with all sizes, personalities, and behaviors of dogs. My goal is to leave your dog feel happy and loved, and you ...

What Kiki would like to know about your dog

I would require emergency contact information, health-related concerns and needs, preferred methods of training, and a very candid and honest profile of their behavioral and personality. I aim to make our time together the safest and most enjoyable for your pup, so if they have anxiety around high traffic areas, or do not get along the best with other dogs, knowing that will help me plan our routes and activities! When I look for a pet-sitter, I usually hand them a pre-typed guide for my own pup (yeah, I'm that person), so the more information you share with me, the better!

Special Needs Dog Experience

Can provide daily exercise

I find myself often the go-to for friends who have dogs with a variety of needs, like my two giant lab friends who have never walked on leashes, and so have to be taken to an off-leash trail, or safe open-area to fetch their hearts out. Or, my friend's boxer who can under no circumstances come face-to-face with another dog. We take neighborhood routes to be able to switch sides of the road, or I take her to parks during off-hours, and remain aware of other dogs who arrive. When it comes to your dog's needs, I trust you are the expert and absolutely adhere to what you know will be safest for them! From trails to sidewalks, parks, or your own backyard, I am flexible, responsible, and creative, making me a great adventure pal for any dog. I live in the View Ridge neighborhood, and would love to walk doggos from/in the area, which offers easy access to Magnus Park, Burke-Gilman Trail, and challenging hills through our neighborhood.
