Two days into our trip, it occurred to me that there was an issue. After looking into it further, it consumed me. Our dogs were left alone for 10-14 hours. They were fed far off schedule. Upon checking in, the information provided was far from truthful. Being 12 hours drive time away, I felt helpless...and could not come up with a solution other than cutting our trip short (this, after two nights of heated discussion about what to do). No refund was given. Or requested, for that matter...because I knew this review needed to be written. So there you go...proceed at your own risk. I would suggest having the ability to check your security system. And a backup plan.

Kierston was BEYOND AMAZING when it came to taking care of our three-month-old puppy over the weekend of our wedding. She was helpful, attentive, and reliable in providing regular updates on how our pup was doing -- which was a huge weight off our shoulders! We'll definitely be booking Kierston next time we need a sitter in the area, and we'd highly recommend you do the same.
