Pet care experience
I am the cat mom of 3 wonderful fur children and two fish 🐠 🐱 I currently live in Morgantown and am a local, meaning I am here through holidays and summer. I have lived with animals my entire life with a variety of breeds of dogs (from girlies to Great Danes!) and cats, as well as birds, guinea pigs, turtles, and fish. I have had many repeat clients prior to using Rover that included longer home stays, elderly dogs and cats, administering medication, and even spoon feeding a chihuahua post dental surgery! 😊 I enjoy spending time with the animals and try to make sure they feel comfortable with me so it doesn't feel like a stranger working with them every day. My goal is to make sure YOU feel comfortable with me caring for your pet(s) and that your pets will feel comfortable with me caring for THEM. 🫱🏻🫲🏼

Kiersten was great! She sent updates after every visit and followed our care instructions to a T. She even got one of our very shy boys to come out and say hi!
Kiersten is such a loving and gentle sitter, and my mind has always been at ease the many times when my cats have been in her care! She follows their routines, spends time giving them love, and sends photo updates! She has administered medication when needed as well. She has cats of her own and understands varying kitty personalities and needs in a multi-cat home. My kitties have always been calm and happy upon my return, because of Kiersten's amazingly attentive care!
Our Thanksgiving plans changed and we needed someone to come check on our cats. With only a couple of days notice, Kiersten came and met us and our cats, taking notes and putting us at ease that our babies would be in good hands. She spent time to make sure they got enough pets, and sent us notes and pictures from her visits. She was so kind that even one of our cats who is always shy with strangers let her love on her! We are so happy that Kiersten was able to watch our babies, and we would definitely recommend her and plan to contact her in the future if we need a cat sitter!
Kiersten was great! She was super nice and thorough with her updates - sent me pics and let me know how my cats are doing. She kept me posted on her visits and times - honestly, the most positive pet sitter experience I've ever had!

Knowing an animal's temperament and their likes and dislikes is always helpful. If you'd like the dog to be walked on a leash, it would be great to know how comfortable they are with leashes before we go on our first walk.
A typical day
I will play and walk your dogs. We can go on walking trails or just around your neighborhood. I am willing to work with you and your pet to best fill their needs! If you have cats, we will spend the day having our best cat naps or playing with all the their favorite toys!
