Pet care experience
I have always grown up with a love for dogs. That being said, I grew up in a home constantly around dogs. I had a family dog named Brody for 12 years. Brody was a rescue dog and was a mix between a boston terrier and corgi. He was a smaller dog, but I have experience with larger dogs as well. At one point I was living with four other bigs dogs including two black lab mixes, a husky German Shepard mix, and a GoldenDoodle. I recently lived with a 60 pound pitbull mix, as well. He was the sweetest, loving dog who keeps me active. We took regular walks so I will gladly keep your dog active while they are in my care. I have grown up taking care of dogs. I have a passion for caring for dogs and spending time with them as well. I also have experience with cats and enjoy caring for them too. I am open to taking care of any other animals as well. During the week I am available before work (8-8:30AM) in the afternoon for an hour (Lunch time), and after work (5PM). I currently work remote so these times can be very flexible to fit the pet’s needs. On the weekends I am completely available at any time of day. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover all my life! Dogs have always been my favorite animals. I have always had a dog in my home. My dad has a lab at his home who I take care of often as well. She is the greatest companion who loves to run, play but also snuggle. I have a strong passion for taking care of and spending time with animals. My experience administering medication Yes if I am showed the proper way to do so beforehand. I also have experience with administering oral medication, pills, and eye drops to dogs. I have a flexible schedule with working remote which gives me time to walk or stay active with your pet during the day if/when needed. I am generally an active person so love to continue staying active throughout my day with walks or play time. Other pet care needs easily fit into my schedule as well being flexible with remote work. Being an active person I am also up early most days of the weeks to take care of early morning feeding/potty breaks. In your home I will continue the pet’s normal routine with letting out/feeding/walking, etc. I offer to stay overnight to also keep them in their routine and get them acclimated with me as well. I will also be sure to upkeep any household items such as bringing in mail/packages, cleaning up, watering plants, etc.

Kierstan gave us a worry free vacation by sitting for our two Bernese Mountain dogs. We came home to a clean house and received updates while we were away. We are excited to have found a trusted sitter locally and look forward to using her in the near future!
Kiersten did an awesome job watching our Bernese mountain dog, Remy! She sent a bunch of pictures throughout the weekend as she was house sitting for us to watch our dog. She is very responsive and makes us feel so comfortable to leave Remy in good hands! We have already booked two more weekends with her and will continue using Kiersten’s house sitting services for our sweet pup. Thanks again Kiersten!
Kiersten was great, she stayed at our house for a week and watched our two Bernese mountain dogs and she did so well. She already works from home (like me) so it was perfect for my dogs and they got to do exactly what they normally do in a day. She is hyper vigilant if you give her any tips where your dog might need some extra surveillance and she went above and beyond what we asked. Our dogs loved her and I’ve already recommended her to several friends. Definitely made us feel comfortable and safe letting her stay in our house. Also way better price than boarding at a daycare for two large dogs!
Kiersten did an excellent job caring for our two dogs at our home for a week while we were on vacation. Keeping the dogs home and on their routine was super important to us after them struggling with a kennel during our last trip. One of our dogs is about 100 pounds and the other has a lot of anxiety, and Kiersten was able to handle both. I would definitely hire her again!

If your dog enjoys the dog park we can certainly spend our time there. Extra house-sitting services Yes, of course! I will gladly water any plants or be sure to keep the house clean and tidy. As well as bring in any mail, packages, and newspaper.
