Kind and corteous! Our dogs loved their time with Kierra. So thankful for her and her willingness to open her home up to watch our 2 dogs. She definitely loves animals and treats them as her own! I will definitely be keeping her as a sitter in the future.

Pros: Kierra is a super awesome person, and as my husband and I were traveling out of the country for a week-long vacation, she was very accommodating of our hectic travel plans. She also kept us informed with updates of our pup’s wellbeing in the form of messages, videos, and photos which was very sweet! Cons: Upon pick-up, our puppy reeked of feces and smoke. The feces smell was somewhat understandable (and she did inform us when his accident happened) because she can only do so much in an apartment setting, but the smoking aspect was the real disappointment as her profile indicated that the residence Webster would be staying in was a non-smoking environment. It took my husband many wash sequences, cups on vinegar, and passes with the brush to remove the smell of smoke from our Goldendoodle’s long coat, his kennel, and his kennel cover. Needless to say, the process was pretty frustrating. This may not be a problem for everyone, but for certain populations (e.g., those with allergies, asthma, or those who are pregnant such as myself) it is absolutely worth noting. Additionally, Webster’s first pee and poop upon pick-up were yellow and mushy, respectively, which indicated a break from his normal eating routine, for example, he might have gotten into another dog’s food and not had adequate access to water with respect to amount of time he spent in the heat. This change effect carried over into the night/early morning where he had two more big diarrhea accidents in his kennel while we were sleeping - again, frustrating. She was very apologetic, however, about the problems we spoke to her about which was much appreciated and honestly, had it not been for these significant issues we would certainly book with her again. She is such a nice person, and I don’t believe any intentional harm was done, so it really is a bummer! :(
